I'm Josue Gonzalez, a professional house & pet sitter based in Greater Houston. Your pets stay in their own home, on their own routine — and your home stays lived in, secure, and cared for while you're away.
Overnight stays are my standard. Check-in visits suit shorter days away. Both come with daily updates, so you always know how things are at home.
I live in for the stretch — a weekend or several weeks. Your pets keep their beds, their floors, their schedule. Mail, plants, and pool cared for, and a full reset clean before you return.
Feeding, potty breaks, play, and medication routines, once or twice a day — for day trips, long workdays, and stretches where a visit is all that's needed.
No pets? A home still does better with someone in it — lights on, mail in, plants watered, systems watched. Second homes and homes between trips stay secure, lived-in, and ready. Every stay ends with a thorough reset clean, included with the sit — so you come home to a house that feels looked after.
Dogs
Seniors and anxious dogs especially are calmer in their own territory — they eat and sleep better on their own routine, in their own bed, without kennel stress or illness exposure.
Cats
Cats are territorial by nature and settle best at home, on their own ground.
Your home
While your pets stay comfortable, your home stays occupied: lights on, mail in, everything as it should be.

“Josue' traveled to my home on Whidbey Island in Washington state to stay with my 4 1/2 year old "midi" Australian Shepherd for a little over a month while I traveled in Europe. As he loves to hike, he took her on long hikes several times a week on the many dog-friendly trails we have here. He also took her to our off-leash dog parks and off-leash beach areas where she exhibited her unbridled joy at being able to run free. I never worried about her coming back to him when off leash because she has excellent recall and with his lovely caring spirit he bonded with her very quickly. She had plenty of companionship, exercise, and was well fed. Josue' sent me photos and videos of her adventures to keep me up to date. What more can you ask for your pet than a petsitter who will love and enjoy your pet as much as you do yourself.”
